issues when a buddy has the same name in twitter and facebook

Description

I had a chat open for days with a facebook friend, then suddenly my messages started going to her twitter account. My window in weechat continued to show her as a facebook account, and none of her replies were recieved in weechat. I believe this started after bitlbee crashed and restarted a couple of days ago, possibly re-starting as a newer version from a recent package upgrade. When she messaged me again from her facebook account, a new seperate window was opened which showed the exact same facebook info. I have bitlbee 3.2, but it isn't available in the tracker 'Version' dropdown.

Steps to reproduce:

Message someone in your list with the same name on their twitter and facebook accounts, at their facebook account.

This is working as intended. If you want to make sure their nicks are predictable, use the rename command.

Also, thanks for the reminder, looks like I indeed forgot to add version 3.2. :-/
