Description

Here's a snippet:

(18:21:36) ( incith) no

(18:21:36) < root> msn - Rejected: The user guaswho@… (??s????T????e????F????a????N??<-o_O->[-.?ll?l?.-]<->??1??0??0??%??(?)??H??a??r??d??c??0??r??e?? BooM ??=?HeadShoT]?) wants to add you to his/her buddy list.

(18:21:36) < root> msn - Login error: Error while reading from server

(18:21:36) < root> msn - Signing off..

(18:21:36) +|+ Netsplit testing.bitlbee.org gmail.com quits: <users>

(double spaced for readability)

Whenever I do anything involving this user, I get disconnected. Well, I was able to block him, but that doesn't help. If I say yes, I get disconnected. If I say no, I get disconnected. And the request won't go away, it keeps coming back as soon as I reconnect. This is on testing.bitlbee.org.

Ouch. Could be a charset issue. Can you give the exact name this guy uses? I would like to try to reproduce this problem here with some test accounts.

Priority: criticalnormal

Critical and blocker priorities are only for security-related problems BTW.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

This should be fixed in [180]. Can someone confirm this? If it's still broken with that fix, please reopen this bug.
