Description

I just realized that changeset:devel,406 isn't backward compatible, so my upgrade of testing.bitlbee.org to 410 didn't go as well as I wanted it to. Not a big loss, but I may want to see if I can fix this quickly. Possibly by temporarily parsing the cmdline and leaving the restart filename in the environment.

Just that I'm not sure if anyone else is ever going to notice. Who uses RESTART anyway?
