More serious redesigns. Hopefully a complete separation of IRC logic from the rest, so that IRC will just be a frontend to BitlBee. It's cleaner and allows one to add different frontends.

And what else?

It might take a long time before this one will be released. No idea how it'll be called exactly, hence the question mark.
